The most important was the staff - HELPFUL and best people. The hotel's location was particularly good, really close to the car ferry to Valentia and The Point Bar and Seafood Restaurant, the bus stop and a great fish restaurant.

Pity, but the beds were very small.

I came here for 1 night and had a really good stay. The hotel was clean and in a lovely location, the staff were amiable. I liked spotless and gorgeous rooms with ensuite bathroom, tea/coffee, fantastic view. Got a delightful breakfast included. Location: the property was really close to the ferries as well as O Neills seafood restaurant.

We stayed at Ferryview B&B for a week while exploring Iveragh, Valentia, and the Skelligs. The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the en suite bathroom was luxurious. The cleanliness and attention to detail were impeccable, and we loved the stunning view of the countryside and ocean. The incidental library was a unique touch, providing us with valuable local guidance. The host not only served delicious full breakfasts featuring local delicacies but also shared a wealth of local information. The location was perfect, with easy access to the car ferry to Valentia and a Michelin Guide restaurant within walking distance.

    Recommended this hotel.

Our hostess was friendly and accommodating. Early breakfast for us. Clean, lovely, comfortable room. Generous and delicious "full Irish" breakfast. Spacious and airy room. Great location for Valentia Island. Very helpful owners. Plenty of tasty breakfast. Overall great experience.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

The rooms were comfortable and had great views of the ocean. The hosts were friendly and kind, and even arranged activities for us. There is a fantastic seafood restaurant within walking distance.

It would have been helpful to know beforehand that the property only accepts cash. the location is quite out of the way and there are no other shops or businesses nearby.

Our room at Ferryview B&B was incredibly spacious and well-appointed, with a luxurious en suite bathroom. The view of the countryside and ocean in the distance was simply magnificent. We loved browsing through the wide selection of books in the incidental library, which offered guidance beyond the usual tourist pamphlets. The host served delightful full breakfasts showcasing local delicacies and was always ready to provide valuable local information. Ferryview's convenient location allowed us to easily access the car ferry to Valentia Island and the renowned Point Bar and Seafood Restaurant. It was also the perfect base for exploring the beautiful areas of Iveragh, Valentia, and the Skelligs, as well as taking day trips to Killarney and Dingle. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this charming B&B.

I recently stayed at Ferryview B&B in Cahersiveen during my travels, and despite it being a transit stay, I found two features of the hotel quite convenient. the location was perfect for me as it is situated near the nearest airport, Kerry Airport, which was only 58 km away. This made it incredibly easy for me to catch my flight the next morning without any hassle. the hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant stay, allowing me to have a good night's rest before continuing my journey.

My experience at Ferryview B&B was slightly marred by a minor inconvenience. Despite my overall enjoyable stay, I encountered an unexpected issue during checkout.
